Galaxy S20 Series
7 week old S20FE. Since new the Samsung keep dropping out of use. When I reboot they come back online. Samsung help have been into the phone and are unable to offer any answers. The sims have both been taken out three times and cleaned.  It makes no sense and happens even while the phone is on the bed stand. Also sim slots swapped sim 1 into simm slot 2 with no improvement to the problem. The handset was purchased legally in France and used in France. Any ideas???

Have you tried your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out your sim at issue.

Your Network provider can replace a sim card via a sim swap if required.
