Hi, for some reason my sim just stopped working on my samsung galaxy s20+. The thing is that card working on another phone but not on samsung. Any ideas? I conracted my network providers but they say everything is okay with the card
Mine keeps doing this, Its definitely the phone. sometimes if i restart the phone it will work for abit then do it again.waiting for Contact back from samsung.
my new s20 fe like this too, it keeps saying sim 1 not allowed and sim 2 not allowed too. I went to customer service and they said it was a software problem and I must wait for the Samsung update, what the... How am I supposed to use my phone then?
