Anyone help me with this problem  please?
With dual sims in the phone, one or both sits dissappear in the sim manager without any reason. This leaves me disconnected. It happens during the day or when the phone is sitting on the night stand.
They return in the sim manager when the phone is restarted every time!
Help please...

Do both sim cards work as they should in another phone @Motorvator 

This is a process of elimination to rule out the sim cards or phone that maybe at fault.

Yes I did and call Samsung support they went into the phone and had no explanation
