Hope someone can help.its been 5hrs and two experts and still I can't get on to activate my sim. All I get and all the advisers could get is the message ..you are already linked fone 03442414141  that tells me I need to register my mobile, u do that and it says I'm already linked .one advisor gave me 0800 151 2758 and that just sent me to the 1st place,fone 0300etc. I have Internet, I'm doing this on the fone but I don't think I'm linked to my account, I do the last name, postcode, last four letters of bill  etc but nothing   please can anyone help.

to activate your new sim usually follow to introduction on the sim card, you have to type in the new sim imei number on the new sim to activate it, best thing to do if you bought sim in store just let them do it for you, but if you bought them from the supermarket or elsewhere then, you have to do it yourself

Please I can't hear the sound of the videos outside of Youtube anymore. Example when I watch the videos on the Samsung community there is no sound even when unblocking the sound of the video. I have a Galaxy A40 which is working fine but for some time now I have not been able to hear audio from videos posted on the community page and other sites. Can you help me please ? I looked in sound settings and accessibility but can't find how. Thank you very much to all.

in some site when you open a video, on the video screen you can see a speaker icon some time at the bottom right hand side, just click on it see that work
