If you have received you new device. Check in the packaging as they normally send a sheet of paper with the sticky address label in there You have to package the old device and use the label to send it in. Sometimes I believe it can get sent separately Make sure you sign out of all your accounts and then factory reset your old device Take photos of the old phones condition and how you package it You can either send it off as is or pay extra for a more secure courier service
Purchased new samsung phone in store advised I could trade in my old Samsung however can't find where i go to enter details of new phone and trade phone phone to start process. Can anyone help?
