Perhaps try using Samsung Smartswitch to see if that helps.
If not then occasionally inserting another networks sim card can instigate an update, if the phone is unlocked to all networks.
A phone supplied directly by a network known as a branded phone can have it's own csc imposed by the network which can mean updates have their own schedule.
Updates are sent out in waves dependant on region and phone model and build number.
Best practice is to keep checking the phone's software update section.
