That one produces the same error code. The First one is what i was advised to try. Its to test the microphone on my s20fe that does nor always work. Works fine on a system test but not always on calls.
People affected are now calling me on my voip phone rather than my mobile, which is ok if i am at home.

@Hwalker1 In this case, maybe you should reset all settings. From General management / Reset / Reset all settings.
