Screen reset

Since the new update my phone has been doing what looks like a screen shot but it resets my screen - so for example I was writing a big message out and it did the screen grab type of thing and it deleted the message. What can I do to correct this? Can I uninstall the update? Has anyone else noticed this?

Hi I'm sorry to hear what happened have you tried restarting the phone if that dose not work out then try factory reseting the phone hope this helps

Before resorting to factory resetting your phone, you could try a clear cache of the One UI Home app.

Go to settings, apps, sort and enable "show system apps", then look for One UI Home, info, storage and clear cache. See if that helps. If it doesn't , your best shot might be a factory reset.

Does it act this way in safe mode as well?
