 I renewed my contract over a month ago filled in and applied for the watch, still haven't heard anything, and that it would take 30 days  its gone over that know what do I do

nor have I got my ⌚ watch bit of a con i think. Sky says its Samsung you have to contact. several emails and not reply from them.... glad I'm not the only one

Hi @Members_aEngtwB, sorry to hear that. Successful claims can take up to 45 days to process after they've been validated. When the courier has your gift, you'll be notified about this, and when you can expect the delivery to happen.
