Samsung week , the GALAXY code is not working

Hello guys, I am trying to use the GALAXY code to get the 15% discount for the Samsung week but i keep getting a message that the coupon is expired . How come and this is just started and should last for 4 days .any one had similar problem.Thanks

Me too.  I phoned them and they said that they know about the issue but if we keep refreshing every so often it should start working 🤷‍♀️

I had a chat with them just now and this is what they are saying:

"Thank you so much for supporting our Samsung phones! I understand that you are trying to place an order for a phone. Regarding your query, as of now, we currently experiencing error with the discount code that's why its not working but no worries, we are now fixing it and we highly advise to place an order after 3 hours."
