I really don't understand why Samsung store is being so slow in following up my order; which seems to be lost. It was supposed to come on the 22nd of Jan, it has almost been a week since I called to investigate why my parcel hasn't come. Still had no communication from them. I have tried contacting them many times but the wait time is to long. I've contacted DPD, they said they can't say anything to be coz I didnt send it, only Samsung can.
