Samsung still not addressing the one camera issue from one ui 3.1 update.

Over exposed images, very noisy images. All happened after the one ui 3. 1 update on my galaxy s20 ultra. Several other people here have the same issue.. When is Samsung going to fix this. I've made about 3 posts on this and nothing from Samsung.. This issue happens when you use the flash

I have noticed this with the flash to get round it I just use night mode for now

Yes it happens with the flash. This has happened after the 3.1 update. I don't know why Samsung isn't addressing this!

yea I just noticed it when I accidently used the flash out in the garden, not a big deal to me but for people that use the camera lots I bet its annoying

Hi @Haytch, have you sent an error log via the Members app to our developers regarding this? If not, can you send this through within 15 minutes of testing the above: Members app > Get Help > Error reports.

I have made 2 error reports already from last month with no response.

Thanks, as long as the error log has been attached, the developers will take a look at it and back to you after they've diagnosed the problem.

They'll try and get back to you as soon as possible after further testing. When did you send the error log?

@SaudA, I sent mine on 03/13, entitled "Pictures taken with flash are overexposed after the latest One UI 3.1 update."
