Samsung S20locked out of phone

Hi. Please can some one help? I have a Samsung Galaxy s20ultra and I have forgot my password to get into the phone as Its not in use. I’m now looking to trade in and have to swap content to my new Samsung s23 and wipe down the S20. Any ideas how I can do this? Any help much appreciated
