There has been a couple of threads where some have been affected but the cause isn't known.
It could be because those phone's are branded i.e supplied by a Network so have some of the Network's software on them.
Some have reported that on a dual sim phone if they move the sim to sim slot 2 that returns mobile data but leaves them without the use of their sd card @Gunnersz
I'd suggest to also send feedback by your Samsung Members App.
