Samsung s20fe - OTHER folder is taking up space

hi everyone 

i am having trouble with my internal storage on my phone.  I have analysed the storage and have realised that there is 88gb of information in the 'other' tab.  How do I access this to clean it out.  

I have tried using smart switch to download the information from the phone to reset it and tells me to delete 300mb but I can't get to the information to delete it.  

I have moved all my media to an sd and card and removed it.  I have disconnected onedrive and have also logged out of google drive.  

I am at a loss.  Can anyone please help. 

Short of resetting the phone and hoping for the best  I don't know.

Were you able to figure out how to access the "Other" folder - it's saying there's 100G in my Other folder but I can't figure out how to access it - I also cleaned & moved all music, pics, & data to SD card
