Samsung s20 ultra slow front camera

I don't know if other have experienced it, but I just deliver my ultra for a money back after having problems with front camera,  my camera is slow and don't react when I push the button, takes like 2 sec to take a picture, I think this is not   Acceptable for the flagship of Samsung, The device have been in to service 2 times before the 3rd time I decide I  wanted  my money back.. I had several Samsung cellphones and never had this problem until now.

Front Camera, not rear....

Yes, my post applies to the front camera, tap to focus before taking the shot and it is instant, then wait for a fix from Samsung
