I just had a conversation with Samsung support via text chat, complaining about S20 Ultra going so hot that it closes all apps to protect itself. I was told that it is normal, and I should not "use it for extended time". :))
I was told that it is normal to overheat if I use hotspot while charging. I compared it to my old Note 3 that can do both and I was told they are different phones. LOL
Am I missing something? Is this a normal thing? I used phones and tablets before as hotspots while charging I never before had trouble with overheating.
Is this an official Samsung position on this, or I was just lucky to find a unexperienced customers support representative?
I installed and app to check on the phone's temp and it said: 51 degrees Celsius. Is that normal?
