Samsung s20 ultra camera

when will samsung fix the cameras focus and zoom for £1400 I expected this to be sorted by now especially after hearing one plus 8 pro is rated overall top phone this year.

samsung either sort this out or I ll have to deem the phone as faulty as doesnt deliver so I can get refund and get a phone that delivers flagship quality.

if you watch dxo mark scores please do not, there are biased, empty numbers....

I've got the same issuse on my s20 ultra, they've told me to reset it twice (soft reset and hard resest), and now they've told me to send it off for repair but the phone is only 3 months old it shouldn't be having these issues especially when it worked when i first got the phone.

It is not an issue in the sense you mean it.

It is normal for this phone.... you cannot focus objects closer than 30 cm due to the lense focal and the zoom after 10x becomes full digital so do not expect a telescope...

Is that what yoh recognise as a problem?

Anything between 1x zoom and 4x zoom is out of focus for me, wideangle and anything after 4x zoom works fine. It also affects snapchat and instagram stories aswell. It worked fine before they kept doing software updates but now it's unusable and very frustrating.

mine phone is just over a month old I believe camera had this issue from the 2nd week and guess what has anyone from Samsung actually got in contact with me? no but happy to take money. flagship please don't insult us.

If you contact them all they end up saying is do this do that which more than likely won't work and then they say send it in for repair. They know its an issue that's why they keep having software updates.
