Galaxy S20 SeriesDear all,
I pre-ordered my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G 512GB in mid-February, but unfortunately I haven't received it yet. After several requests from Sunrise CH (my provider), the statement came that the delivery can be delayed until the end of April. Unfortunately, I cannot register for the Buds+ promotion, although I would be entitled to it. Is there a way to register for this promotion even without an S20 Ultra smartphone?
Why is there such a big delay in delivery?
