So I just got my new S20 ultra for less then 1 week and it stopped charging. The message on the screan comes up as overheating but the phone is not hot or either the charger. Been in touch with someone from customer service but they are absolutely useless, been waiting for 3 days now for someone to come and pick up the phone for a replacement and no-one came. It's not a cheap phone, payed 1200 pounds for a faulty phone and the problem can't be solved and no-one knows why it's not charging or overheating.
Been so disappointed with them
