Yes the software has been released to the network. The network then pushes it out to the phones.
It shouldn't take long as some have already started the roll out to the different devices. Usually goes newest first and then down
So just check out everyday.
Unfortunately you probably won't get an answer as it depends on imei or serial numbers as to which gets it first.
Think you can push it out to your phone earlier using a computer. Seen some posts on how to do this in the forum.
