Samsung S20 - Biometrics Not Working

Biometrics on my Samsung S20 has stopped working, I have tried removing and re-adding them however when trying to re-add them the Biometric does not recognise a finger being placed on the sensor.

the Sensor keeps requesting to press harder or place a finger on the sensor.

I have also tried the "Wipe Cache Partition" but nothing changes.

Have you put a new screen protector on it

there is no screen protector

i have tried all options except for the factory reset - will back it up and reset it.

Just be careful, back everything up first.
