Download smart switch on a pc and then plug your phone in and open smart switch, it should then give you a prompt to update

May you share what does it shows in Settings > Software Information > Service Provider Software Information? Maybe some mysterious issues. If Samsung Smart Switch doesn't help you then you can try Odin. But I'm interested can you check does your phone is rooted or with unlocked bootloader?
