Samsung music not playing through buds

My buds work on You Tube but not when I play my playlists which I transferred from my laptop.  The sound is staying on the phone . I have reset the buds and made sure they are paired with my S20 FE ?

Hey @Nannynoo 

Does this also occur on other third-party apps such as Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime? When this does occur, have you tried unpairing the Buds, then pairing them again?

Yea tried unpairing. Its the same for all music. It's my own music from my laptop so I don't know why it's not working.

Please check to see if the Galaxy Wearable app is running on the latest software by heading into the Play Store, as well as ensuring the Buds are up to date by heading into the Wearable app > Earbuds software update.

If both of these are up to date, we'd like you to Reset the Buds by heading back into the Wearable app > General > Reset.
