My O2 Order Confirmation PDF document doesn't include the company name, it does have their banner across the top but with no logo on it. It doesn't include the pre-order date either, just my order number and the product purchased (S20+).
O2 didn't include any other information in my parcel and as it was a Refresh upgrade and not a brand new contract, they have not sent me any emails (yes junk folder checked). I seem to be completely stuck and unable to claim for my Buds. If any other O2 customers have been in a similar situation and know what to do, please get back to me, thanks.
Hi. Just go to O2 app and make screenshot your order, with order member ms-xxxxxxxx. Then click on your ms-xxxxxxx (order number) and make another one screenshot. After one more screenshot from your email with order confirmation. I'm applying yesterday and after 30 minutes my claim was accepted. Good luck.
