Samsung Galaxy S20 unable to unlock.

Day before yesterday, I did updated Samsung mobile phone as I got notification about software update, today when I was watching YouTube, suddenly my phone restarted automatically and then onward I can not unlock my phone with pattern. Nor it works with Face recognition. 

I tried to unlock online from Find My Phone service it did not worked. It gives error "Something went wrong!"

Hold down the power button for about 20 seconds and release. Hopefully it will reboot. Please let us know what happens.

To restart my phone I pressed down volume button + small button on side. It presented options to restart device but when I selected restart option it kept on asking pattern to draw which was not working. Finally when Samsung Galaxy S20 mobile battery got discharged phone got turned off!!! Yessss and after I charged it again I turned mobile on and magically patterned worked and it allowed me to use my "own" mobile phone.
