Hi @MORE1025
First using a torch check no debris is inside the connection port.
Then as a process of elimination try your set in another phone and another set in your phone if you can.
Check your regions warranty period to see if you can have the phone or earphones or both swapped out.

Do the same thing happens with your charger @MORE1025 ? Would you be able to run the following test and let us know the result? Launch the Samsung Members app> Get help> Interactive checks> Headphone jack.

Do you have any other headphones that you can try with your phone or a different phone to try these so we can determine if the issue is within the phone's port or the headphones @MORE1025 ?

I am having the same exact issue. Charger works fine. I don't have another set of headphones to test it one (and don't want to buy one just for a test!)
