Just posting here in cases someone else has the same issue.
My new buds will crackle in soft songs but if you go to developer options > bluetooth audio codes > SBC it removes all crackling.
Samsung please fix this bug, I have had 3 buds and they have all done this. It's a very poor experience to spend 20 minutes troubleshooting and fixing my new buds.
I have used apple airpods and they are flawless out of the box.

I understand that but only samsung buds have this issue.
If it really is interference then samsung quality is simply poor.

Tried another reset.
Seems OK now on my phone, without needing to reduce any quality.
Computer at home, seems the crackle went also. Confusing..
