Samsung free gift ( xbox package)

I have purchased the Samsung s20 FE 5G  and I claimed for the free xbox package, 

I have received the MOGA XP5-X+ .

But I have NOT received the 3 month subscription for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate , which I thought was sent by email.

Does anyone know any info on this. Thx.

I have tried to claim the galaxy watch but have not even had any confirmation emails of any sort to confirm my order number

received my email with code on this morning. but can't find the redeem code option on xbox app

try redeem.microsoft.com. from you computers web browser but you need a Microsoft account first to be able to do so Darren I hope this has helped
