Samsung dex

I have a s20 fe edition.  Is there any way of disabling samsung dex. When I connect my phone to my TV to watch movies it keeps coming up samsung dex incompatible with your TV. I haven't had any issues connecting via cable before

Have you tried your settings Go to connections press more connections down the bottom tap on HDMI then you'll see the option Samsung dex and screen monitoring

and WiFi is not your thing? ofc your TV has to be a smart TV;

and one more thing, when installing DEX on PC it clearly says that your phone may get very hot while using it....
