Samsung buds promotion

Hi,

I ordered my S20 ultra from o2 in July.  It had a promotion and said I could claim free samsung buds.  

Tried to do it but the promotion was only accepting earlier dates than mine and suggested I should do the entry between 30 and 60 days of purchase.

Now I cannot find any link that would allow this promtion to be claimed.  

Any one else found a solution?
