s20fe camera black lines

When I use the highest zoom setting I get a black line trough my shot but there is nothing in front of the lens. ideas of what this would be?

hi. I have an other problem with s20 fe camera . in my image a dotted line appear.  I took my device to Samsung service. I don't know that is software bug or no. if my problem have been solved under warranty, reply you again.
