S20FE Awful

I have the S20FE 4g.

"Upgraded" from S8-the S20FE much worse battery, face non recognition, fingerprint non sensor.

Needs two charges a day. 

Face recognition works 20% of the time and feels like a lottery jackpot win when it does work

Finger print technology - would love for it not to be there as the 4 times out 5 it doesn't work drives you insane.

I have an iPhone 8 that I use for work and although I can't stand apple the battery and fingerprint technology are far superior.

Ironic that I am not a Fan of this Fan Edition.  Disgraceful phone I wish I could get my money back

S20 FE 4g has the exynos 990 which has been documented in many places to have terrible efficiency. S20 Fe 5g has a Snapdragon 865 which is a lot better. as for the fingerprint thingy, my under display one in my A series phone works just fone

my new s20fe 1 month old needs charging after 6 hours plus the face recognition works maybe 2 times out of 10
finger reader hardly ever works I'm so disappointed with this phone

I have tried all the "tricks"..... reregistering my face, turning phone off and on, turning face recognition off and on, etc.  Works for about a minute, then as above, works about 20% of the time.  And yes, not much battery life.  I am sooo disappointed in this phone.  My old $100 Samsung Tracfone worked better than this phone, other than the pictures.  And, even at that, some pictures have way too green grass and trees, no matter whether it's on Vivid or not or no matter what adjustments I try to make.
