Keep trying to upgrade my s10 plus to the new S20 however everytime I get to the klarna page where it asks certain details boom the tab crashes and I complete the upgrade anyone else having the same problem?

Thats just passing the blame they can do something about it its klarna who applied the searches not samsung , yeah at samsungs end the website isnt working but all credit related activities are klarna
@SachikoT well it's the end of the day and no email or phone call from either Samsung or Klarna on resloveing this issue. What the hell is going on, there so many promises but no one is delivering???????
