Hi Guys

I have still not received the one ui3 android 11 update. I have contacted Samsung numerous times but all they say is it will update in time. Apparently my phone is not meant for the UK market although it was purchased on a UK website. Any ideas?

If it's not meant for the UK market, no carrier will send you the update. Consider using Smart Switch PC app to check for updates.
