s20 update causing glitches?

Hi the recent update has caused so many issues with my phone. The main concern it constantly glitches when watching things, jumps between videos.

I didn't agree the so called up date which has meant I literally despise the phone. I wish I was at the end of my contract and I'll never choose Samsung again, despite always having them. 

I wish I kept my s9 as i cant see any improvement at all 😒

My partner and daughter both use that phone and updated to the Android 11 and Samsung One Ui 3.0 update and don't have these issues !

May I ask what you have tried thus far in the way of troubleshooting  ?

I haven't, I don't know what to do. Apparently I can't delete the update and reinstall. I am not tech savvy at all x
