Since I've updated to version 12 and done another update shortly after phone randomly crashes. I've shut phone down and restart and now only done it once in a few days. Any ideas ?

Can you say what the flow on update was shortly after @Mattrock 

My idea is to.....

• Make sure your apps are updated in your Playstore and Galaxy Store.
• Clear your phone's System File Cache > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode. 
• Utilise Safe Mode  > Https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues.
