Hi,  i preordered my samung s20 ultra through virgin media and it arrived yesterday, im having a nightmare with samsung members application whilst trying to preorder my buds+. The app works fine on my s10+ but when trying to open on my s20 it states that the application is not available in my country??? Help please i dont wanna miss the window on my buds claim..
