Hey guys, wondering if anyone else is having an issue with poor sound quality and volume with their S20 Ultra.  I have the grey US AT&T version, and not pleased with the audio quality at all.  The in call sound quality isn't as good as with previous Samsung phones I have owned, and the in call volume can't be turned up enough.  Callers sound distant and dim if that makes sense.  Hopefully something Samsung can fix soon.

I have the same issue, sometimes i hear people as if they have mask on, so much mumble i cant understand what they are saying. Also i noticed people complain about my mic quality , cant hear me or sound quality are very bad. So far it's the worst samsung phone i owned in quality and i had every secon model since S2. ULTRA dissapointed...

I have the S20+ and I'm experiencing the same.

In call sound I've noticed I'm at the maximum and it's not loud enough, previous models you could have it turned up and you could almost use it as loudspeaker because it was that powerful.

Even the loudspeaker capability in calls is low volume, disappointing!

Today the in call volume went too low and cannot be increased. 1300 euro phone! What a dissapointment.

I'm having the same exact issue! The phone overheats over long calls and because the volume is so low (even when maxed out) I have to press my ears even harder on a burning phone which leaves me with ear aches hours later... Samsung, do not be the reason I get ear or brain cancer. Please send an update to fix this.

Nope.. I use the phone with loud speaker or a Bluetooth earphone

Really bad compromise to have to make for the exorbitant premium price we paid for the phone but I don't think Samsung is reading any of this

In the settings menu search adapt sound. I used the personalize your sound button and it basically gives you a little hearing test and adjusts your volume for you.
