[S20 Ultra] Notifications while screen is turned off and locked

Hi there,

I just bought the S20 Ultra, I had a S7 Edge before.

When I receive a notification from any apps while my screen is locked and turned off (off = black screen and Always On Display is disabled), my phone dosen't turn ON and instead, keep on the black screen so I have to manually tap the screen from time to time to check if I have any new notifications.

In my S7 Edge the screen goes ON everytime I had a notifications. Any solution ? Thanks in advance ..

Perhaps take a look at the options in Settings , Lockscreen and Notifications to see if anything is relevant @MOTZI

Nope, tryed looked all over the options, didn't found 😕 . . .

I have same issue. I was also not able to find any relevant option in settings.
