s20 ultra headphones not working

S20 ultra headphones not working after update yesterday. Buds are working but when I use wired headphones the sound comes out of phone speaker and not the headphones.

do you have any other pair of wired headphones that you can try to determine if the issue is with them or the phone's port?

comes up with these android system messages on pull down screen when I plug my headphones in.

How strange. Are you using the headphones that came with the phone? Would you be able to close all the apps and turn Bluetooth off before connecting this and see if the same thing happens?

Yes it is the original headphones. I have done that and its still the same. onlynstarted happening after I done the new phone update.

I'm currently having the exact same issue, since the update ive had to use wireless headphones. I hope they fix it soon, ive sent off an error report

thats so annoying. I wont hold out hope yet then. Hopefully if enough people complain or let them know it'll be sorted ASAP
