S20 ultra green/white display

at first i notice flickering lines on my device specially when playing games. I ask the samsung support and instructed me to soft reset my phone. then it turned green and white display and overheat when stayed open for a while.

is it a screen problem or just an update issue?

Been having the same issue with my S20+ today..... was watching a movie on my laptop and when i picked up my phone the whole screen was white all of sudden and it goes green and stays green when its on always on display

Exactly same issue with my Samsung galaxy s20+. No physical damage nothing, not even single scratch.
Due to warranty expired service center is asking to pay 16k to replace display.
Not sure what to do.

got the same issue with my s20 ultraA 5G last night. called the service and asked them for their door to door repair service because we are currently on community quarantine here in the Philippines. since i don't have my iemi, i said i was gonna call again. then i thought of looking for this issue on the internet first and i saw this thread. now i realize that this is not an isolated case. maybe the problem is not with my phone. does samsung read conversations like this?

Samsung reads. But I don't know whether they are planning to take an action. I gave my phone to the service center. They told that the display pannel will be replaced. It's in warranty period. 

I don't know what the people with expired warranty gonna do. They have to pay for the parts. Samsung have to come up with a solution for this.

And another thing is , In India ,the kerala High court released an order .ie, the Mobile phone company should repay the cost of the phone + 5000 Rs compensation if some complaint arises without the holder's fault. I think we should move through that way.

I also got same issue on my s20+, by follow some tip, my phone screen become normal but still have horizontal line a cross the screen.

I hope we got new patch soon to fix this.

U can follow this:

- Go Settings - Apps - Special Access - Optimise battery usage - All - "Turn Off All" 2)

- Go Settings - Display - Motion Smoothness - "Standard"

- Display - screen mode - vivid - "Cool" + Advanced Settings - Red 0% - Green 0% - Blue 100%

- Set brightness around 30% - 50%

If u can not do this, u can connect ur phone to pc using mirror app like Vysor, so u can do those settings.

Wow, this worked. May I ask where you got this information? Colors were back, but as you mentioned, horizontal lines are still there.

Hahaa I don't think so. It already cost over 200$. Just bought other band, so I don't need to face same issue.
