I ordered my S20 on the 7th March. Now they shipped by date was 27th March and Iv not heard anything by email all day today and it's suppose to be arriving tomorrow 28th March. Iv been waiting so long and il be so disappointed if it's not arriving!! Now it does say on the order Shopping Requested but I don't know if that means it's been sent to ship or if it's just not sent yet. Anyone have any ideas??? 😫😫😫😫

This is ridiculous.
Their call centre had been evacuated for two days last time I checked (late Saturday).
I had been told by the social media team to email instead.
Now they are saying that we should telephone or web chat.
Get the feeling that they had no contingency planning?!
If you placed and order and it's not been delivered. Do yourself a favour. Get your bank to reclaim the payment (assuming you paid by credit card) that will force close the order and return your money. Might also send a message to Samsung about their extraordinary poor communications. 😞

Also changed to the same as yours now. Hoping this means we will be getting it shortly 🙏. All of this could have been solved with a simple email from samsung saying there will be a little delay!

Check this morning and mine has change to preparing dispatch as well so I'm guessing it will arrive this Saturday now.
