S20 Ultra Camera sucks! I won't buy Samsung again!

Hi. I'm really dissapointed with my S20 Ultra camera! No idea what Samsung is doing with the software and what were they thinking but it's so bad. Did they even test the phone before production?? I also have S10 Plus so I compared images and videos between both phones and the only thing i saw better on the S20 Ultra was the zoom, and im not even talking about the 100x zoom because it's also a joke, only 10x is good. Something else i noticed maybe it happened after an update but my front camera was really good in the beginning, now it makes my face so smooth and only night mode makes it sharp but the colors... oh man, what more can i say? I payed 1200£ for phone with camera that is worse than my S10 Plus which i bought for 900£. Slow-motion quality is way worse, zoom shots are so processed after 10x, auto-focus is worse, night mode makes everything dark in low light with awful colors, slow shutter speed. And that is only about the camera. There is more to be fixed. Like the display's brightness. It keeps auto adjusting at direct sunlight even if i turn off auto-brightness. Also getting Exynos chipset that is worse than Snapdragon and I can't do nothing about it. What is going on Samsung??? I was always buying your products because they were awesome but this time I'm shocked...

this is why im glad i did research and got the s20+ instead of the ultra. lot cheaper and according to many people.. a far better camera// you just lose the zoom. (which i really wanted, but better pics overall are more important) many reviews on youtube say to get s20+ and if you want to zoom in, get a zoom lens, or just use that money you save for a proper zoom camera.

I purchased the S20 a month ago and my s9+ is miles ahead. 

The s20 has focus problems, shutter speed problems and video shake (digital)

I also paid alot of money for a 0 problem device and I got a lemon. 

It ruined my vacation photos, I try to keep my 4yo still for a second because otherwise the photo is blury.

I have been a loyal samsung galaxy S phones since day 1 but this is the last Samsung I am buying.

It has hardware issues not software issues. I don't care much what the problem is but I keep on thinking, who the hell sent this product to the market? Did they even use it in the real world for a week to see if it does just as good as the s10?

This my friend is a lemon product! We should be reimbursed by Samsung or offerd a new s10 that takes good photos.

i am currently charging my S9+ and about to swap back to it...

I absolutely agree with everyone on this thread.

Samsung engineers should be ashamed by what they have offered here. 

I never thought I could buy such an unpolished phone in 2020.

I've been a long time loyal Samsung buyer. Today I preordered a iphone. I threw away sooo much money in the trash on the ultra. Never again Samsung!

I compared the image quality with S8+, that of S8+ is visibly sharper, cleaner. 

At the same resolution, photos taken by s20 ultra is with very very very low texture details , "plastic" feeling. Take a picture at a tree, instead of seeing vivid leafs,  and you end up with high resolution blocks of color mudded together. What do I need 108MP for if turns everything into mud? 

Another interesting thing is actually the camera performs better on texture details with low light, while texture losing is more severe under sufficient daylight.
