s20 ultra camera blurry from 1x to 3.9x zoom

Ive always had this with my phone since i got it last april, the camera is blurry between 1x zoom and 3.9x zoom, only way to get it focused is tap lightly on the corner of my phone which doesnt always work. I only recently got to compare it to another s20 ultra due to covid lockdowns etc and others are fine, is this a warranty replacement or will it just get repaired?

I had a few problems then realised that I have the clear view cover with the front flap folder over the camera 🤣🤪🙄🤭

I've got the same problem. Amazing that you've got to hit a £1000 phone to get it working.

I've been having the same problem, only just read this and tapping fixes my issue too. It's only started happening after the latest update which is odd. Did the original poster get any information on if this is a warranty thing?

Ive got samsungs warranty repair partner WeFix coming out to my house on friday to repair under warranty. It states that the repair will be free if its a manufacturing defect, otherwise i will be charged. Im one of the most careful people ever with my phones so no way i could have caused it, its been like this since pretty much just after i got the phone

For information, ee sent mine off to get fixed. The report came back saying they couldn't see the problem, but the phone kept freezing when they ran a certain app. It can't have been an app I used as I never noticed it, and I did a factory reset twice before sending it off.

Not sure what happened but its come back working.
