s20 ultra battery life problem

I just use 4hours 6 minutes and the battery  from from 100%to 18%, it's 120hz,but i am not playing  games,just use some  chat apps and watch YouTube. I watched many YouTube s20u test videos,others can use about 10hours for phone. And my phone just buy 4days,  every time the battery  life is less 6 hours,i turn off everything uncessary settings.

i think all variants have really bad battery life - similar or worse to s10 series - despite bigger batteries 

5G and 120 display rate + software + being first days of use 

should get better in time (I HOPE)!!!

@Qifan: We do have a in-built AI battery manager on these phones which works to provide the best battery life by monitoring usage. This typically takes 14 days to learn and then provides the best and most optimum battery performance. You can also go to Settings > Device Care > Battery > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Toggle on or off the available Power Management settings, such as Adaptive Battery, Put Unused Apps To Sleep and Auto Disable Unused Apps.

I have  a normal s20 and my screen on time is 3 hours 20 minute. I'm exchanging mine because it restarts and overheats, but if the new one is the same I'm basically returning it.

I was wondering about this. Only had the phone 4 days so giving it time to setel down. 

On day one it went from 100% to 20% in just a few hours but I was setting up all my apps.

Mind you not had that on previous phones across many years.

I find it runs down surprisingly quickly even when not being used at all, just ambient display showing.

Just exchange the phone bro, there is a girl on this forum somewhere with overheating issues , and had a sh*t battery life as well. She returned it after having 3,5 hrs of battery life hence now she roported back to have 6-7 hrs , I've allready ordered my replacement. It's ridiculous. Mine overheats , and drain battery life like crazy. 3 hrs SOT as well. There's  a youtube who stripped the phone naked and found there is no thermal paste on vital components which might be the issue. I think they might have rushed things out becouse of the virus situation  and this is what we got. Im pretty sure some of them are fine my girfriend has s20 plus and she gets 6 hrs of screen on time , atm moment when check was exactly 5 hrs 45 min and 18 % to go. 120hz on , always on display off though. On medium brightness

I've had my s20 ultra for 8 days now and I'm not happy about the battery dieing so Danny quickly. This morning been up half hour, started at 100 and is already down to 89%, been half hour.. come on. Ive got 5g turned off, I've put most of my apps in deep sleep and changed other stuff as well. Followed all the videos and forms people put out but my phone does not like holding a charge. Normal screen time in the last 7 days is about 4ish hours. Lowest was 3.5hours. My p20 pro which was 2 years old was better then this chap. Who do I get in contact with about getting a replacement, is it sky or Samsung can someone please help me

I have the s20 plus and at the moment it has 61% with very light usage and 1hr and 44m on screen time. I've put almost all apps to sleep. Yes I am using 120hz and notice that the device does get a bit hot sometimes. I don't know what to do.
