Just updated to ATD3 today, and 5 minutes after, my phone started to reboot while charging with my 45W adapter. Seems like problem of oberheating and random reboot is still here.

So, from what you wrote it looks like that it has always had this reboot problem, right?
Have you considered a phone swap if you are still in time or a warranty check to ensure whether it is a hardware problem or not?
