Hi, I've been having the same problem so I contacted Samsung and they're sending an engineer out today today to see if they can repair. What they suggest prior to that was to reset all camera settings and backup the phone and reset to manufacturer settings and see if that helps...It didnt...So they're sending someone to take a look. Hope it gets sorted 🙏🏽 Was an amazing camera 1st couple months I got the phone.
Will do, they're due within an hour so 🤞🏽 Have a feeling they'll just do the same things I've tried and will have to send the phone off to Samsung to investigate. I'm surprised to hear this is a common problem...Can I ask when you realised yours wasn't focusing/sharp as it 1st was?
