Friends, I spent my Savings to get the S20 Ultra 5G,  in view of Making Videos, but unfortunately it says ' Camera Failed, can anyone please help me to fix it.

Hello there.

First thing I would highly recommend is doing a complete factory reset. This may make the camera work when re setting up.

Second thing, go into samsung store app and click on updates and see if there is a camera update if so please do that to update the camera.

If not I would recommend reporting it to where you got it.

Smack it! it works for a second and then it stops working.

My S20 Ultra 5G camera will work for a second, sometimes long enough to actually take a picture that saves to the gallery... Then it's "camera failed." I'm like "WTF!?!?!"

Did you get yours fixed? If yes, then how?

Here's where I am with this irritating situation. I checked after each of the following steps and failed.

1. Cleared cache, etc. Reset app settings.

2. Tested in safe mode.

3. Completed factory reset without restoring custom backups.

4. Tested in safe mode.

4. Uninstalled all automatically installed apps wherever possible.

5. Disabling and force stopping apps wherever I can. I'm periodically testing the camera until I work through every app.

Most expensive phone I've ever purchased.

I'm pretty annoyed and disappointed right now. 😔

Please help, I'm having the same issue. It started immediately after I applied the system update yesterday. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips to no avail. Is there any way to revert back to the old version of the software prior to yesterday's update?
