S20 Time changes by itself to 3 hour difference error

This happens daily.  Sometimes the phone displays the welcome screen by itself.  Need to stop this. Solutions??

If all your settings i.e time zone etc are correct then if this was my phone I'd back up, remove any relevant sd card and factory reset @GeneinSB

@GeneinSB: Further to the advice offered by @BandOfBrothers, please head to Settings > General Managements > Date and Time > Automatic Date and Time. Toggle this on, and make sure that the correct time zone is selected below. If the issue persists, restart the phone in Safe Mode to see if you notice an improvement. If you do, restart the phone as you would normally and delete any recently installed 3rd party apps. 

 

To access Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode > With Safe Mode enabled, ensure Airplane Mode is turned off
